Law Firm Signs for 60,000 SF of Offices in Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ-Colliers Houston brokers deal for new tenant at Alfieri's 100 Southgate Parkway.

David Houston of Colliers Houston & Co. represented the new tenant. Under the terms of the agreement, the law firm will occupy the space for 15 years. The firm, which specializes in litigation, business counseling and environmental law, will relocate some 200 staffers from its former corporate HQ facility on Madison Avenue in Morristown.

Alfieri recently completed an extensive renovation of 100 Southgate Parkway, including a complete redesign of the building's signature three-story atrium lobby.
