Boyd Page/ChainLinks brokers have negotiated the following deals:
- Pizza Hut of America Inc., .97 acres in the New Forest Crossing Shopping Center, located on the northwest corner of Wallisville Road and Beltway 8. The center is owned by Ley-Lane Partnership No. 1, LP, which has been represented by Boyd Page.
- Wendy's International Inc., a 2.07-acre purchase, also at New Forest Crossing Shopping Center, from Black Rock Development LP. Sears Realty Co. has acted on the buyer's behalf while Boyd Page has represented the seller.
