Thecampus would include 68 townhomes, 86independent-livingapartments, 58 assisted-livingunits and 16 memory care units, saidTom Link,community development director for Inver GroveHeights.Mark Eklo of Edina-based Senior HousingConstruction will co-developand serve as the generalcontractor for the 323,000 sf project,which is on a25-acre site.

Minneapolis-based Boarman Kroos PfisterVogel & Associateswill be the architect. The projectis expected receive finalapproval this fall, and theproject could be completed by July 2002.Summerhousewould provide Presbyterian Homes services toseniorsthroughout Dakota County.
