Jeff Cattoor will fill the new managing director's post and Sherry Reindeers CPA will assume the associate's role. The public sector division provides solution-neutral technology services to government entities, non-profit operations, health-care organizations, financial institutions and educational facilities. The financial services division delivers lease and ownership financial structure advice and raises debt, equity and mezzanine capital for real estate ventures.

Cattoor's project expertise encompasses the fields of retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, government and banking. He is experienced in consulting, systems integration controls, information security, project management, secure e-commerce solutions, business continuity management and information technology audit. He previously had worked as a senior manager for KPMG's Information Risk Management division.

Reindeers had served as a tax officer at Bank of America, where she had been responsible for trust accounts, capital gain distributions and cost-basis adjustments for securities, real estate and oil and gas.
