Blanchard Breaks Ground for 150,000-SF Class A Building

HANOVER TWP., NJ-Facility will replace office and warehouse facility the developer built back in the 1950s.

"Our decision to redevelop the site is based on our intention to fulfill the highest and best use of the property," according to the company's secretary-treasurer William I. Blanchard. "Times change, and because this is a premier corporate location, this is the best use."

Architect for the new construction is Rotwein & Blake. The new building will feature a central computerized building management system controlling all HVAC, lighting and telecommunications.
