Portfolio Management--This module provides lease administration functions such as document management, expense reconciliation and bill payment. It also has a space management module that facilitates the maintenance and updating of space data and blueprints, enables the creation of occupancy analyses and reports and tracks employee information.
Work Management--Work orders can be generated and closed using this module by telephone or on-line via a Web interface. It can also establish the rules for routing work orders based on, for example, location, type, and urgency. This data can be stored for standard and customized reporting.
Maintenance Management--Technicians can be managed by this module to evaluate and prescribe a schedule for equipment maintenance as well as to monitor preventive and corrective maintenance on a real-time basis.
