Makeover Wraps Up on Pennzoil-Quaker State Headquarters

HOUSTON-The Pennzoil-Quaker State headquarters is looking spiffy these days, with construction wrapping up on a major upgrade. The oil company is the sole occupant of the 690,000-sf office structure.

The 35-story building has received new mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities. In addition, new lighting, flooring and other improvements have been installed in the 690,000-sf office structure occupied by the oil company. The renovation has been designed by the Gensler architecture firm. The building, noted for its black glass exterior and angular roof lines, is a development of Hines Interests.
