NBP has also seen significant leasing activity at its adjacent facilities at College Park. Panasonic Technologies has re-upped for its 32,000-sf space and added more than 6,000 sf at 2 Research Way; Bracco Diagnostics has leased an additional 7,000 sf at 107 College Park Road East; and Migliara/Kaplan a healthcare market research company, has added 3,000 sf to its existing 15,000-sf space at 101 College Road East.
