EL CAJON--International real estate services firm negotiates a 40,094-sf lease with equipment rental firm.

The Irvine office of the retail services division of The Staubach Co. represented the equipment rental firm in the lease for space at 1114 North Magnolia Ave. Dallas-based Staubach is a global, full-service real estate company that represents tenants seeking office, industrial or retail space.

It's retail division represents such clients as AutoNation, Barnes and Noble, Disney Regional Entertainment, Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports andTarget, as well as other national and international firms.
