"Not only is Los Angeles one of the most popular business and leisure destinations in the US, it is also a hotspot for many leading software and entertainment technology businesses. Accordingly, business travelers expect the latest in personal technology service and convenience," says Dave Vucina, Wayport's CEO.
Wayport wires guestrooms and meeting rooms and uses wireless technology in the lobby, meeting rooms and public areas such as the pool and restaurants.
In addition to Wayport's expanding footprint in Los Angeles, the company recently launched its service at Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport and Austin Bergstrom International Airport, with plans to launch another major-market US airport by year-end.
