Also being discussed for the Plaza is a new restaurant at 618 WardParkway which would be owned by James Taylor, who is a founder of the75th Street Brewery in Waldo and La Bodega on Southwest Boulevard.

Godiva Chocolatier is to open at 214 Nichols Road in the former home ofTopsy's Popcorn & Ice Cream Shoppe. Godiva started in Brussels nearly 70years ago. The first boutique opened on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue in the1970's. There are now more than 200 company owned and operate stores,including on in Oak Park Mall.
