The home improvement supplier, who is planning a Decembermove-in, will use about 300,000 sf of the site as a lumberdistribution center. The remaining space will be used by itsaffiliate, Home Depot Expo. The lease signing had been predicatedon a rail line expansion by Union Pacific Railroad Co. In addition,two additional rail spurs are being laid to accommodate HomeDepot's business needs.

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. and R.E. Perry Co. haverepresented Home Depot USA in the lease, with an in-house brokeracting for Trammell Crow, which bought the structure in December1999 from DSC Logistics.
