Second-story connector bridges will link the new building to adjacent structures, providing access to a cafeteria, fitness center, auditorium, and neighboring workspaces. Existing buildings comprise 648,000 sf.
"Our growing business will soon be growing buildings as Telcordia Technologies expands its Raritan River facility here to help make room for the substantial number of new employees joining our firm," says company spokeswoman Valerie C. Taylor.Kling Lindquist is serving as architect, engineer and interior designer, Bovis Lend Lease is the construction manager. Completion is slated for late 2001.
