Westchase III is one of eight buildings, totaling about 900,000 sf in the Westchase Energy Corridor in the Texas 290 and Greenspoint markets. Representing the tenant in the transaction is CB Commercial while Transwestern Commercial Services is the leasing agent for the office structure, owned by Transwestern Westchase III LP.
