Madison Marquette Buys Ritzy California Retail Center

MINNEAPOLIS- AMB Insitutional Realty sells Manhattan Village to Madison Marquette. Madison bought 424,000-sf of the center's 551,847-sf, which excluded the Macy's store and an adjacent office complex.

The local commercial real estate firm bought 424,112 sf of theVillage's total 551,847 square feet, excluding thelarger Macy's store and Manhattan Hacienda officebuilding. Tenants include anchors Ralphs Market,Sav-On Drugs, Fry's Electronics, Pacific Theaters andMacy's Men's/Home Store, as well as enclosed mallshops with a food court, outdoor retail shops, outparcel buildings and a medical office building.

Theretail center is located on the southeast corner ofRosecrans Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard
