The locally-based information technology project and consulting company is taking about 11,000 sf vacated by the Social Security Administration, which moved its telecom service group to ODS Tower. The rest it is subleasing from Mass Mutual, which is relocating to Riviera Plaza, another downtown Louis Dreyfus property. The shuffle will take place before the end of the year, says Joe Vaughan, who holds the listing assignment on behalf of locally-based brokerage Norris Beggs & Simpson.

ProDx is expanding from Parkside Center, where it is currently subleasing from Industrial Design Corp., which will expand into the space, says Vaughan. Mass Mutual, doing some cost cutting, is moving into 6,000-sf at Riviera. The building is undergoing a major renovation that includes all new windows, upgrades to all common areas and a new paint job, among other things, says Vaughan, who represented Louis Dreyfus in both lease transactions.
