Van Nuys-based Marble Express Inc. paid $1.4 million for the property, which is at Lewis Street and Ball Road. Construction is slated to begin in January, with completion expected next June.
The Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis represented Marble Express. The seller, a partnership known as AG/Touchstone-HP LLC, represented itself.
