Arquati Moulding Now Occupying 67,600 SF in Lease Renewal, Expansion Deal

DALLAS-A manufacturer and distributor of picture frames needs more space, signing a lease renewal and expansion to provide 67,600 sf for its operation. Arquati Moulding is a tenant in the Frankford Distribution Center II

The pact now totals 67,600 sf and includes 22,503 sf for a planned expansion. The firm manufactures and distributes picture frames.

The Insignia/ESG leasing team has represented the building owner, Freemont Funding Inc. while Jackson & Cooksey of Dallas has acted on the tenant's behalf in the lease negotiations.
