Eastern Jackson County Office Building Gets New Tenant

LEE'S SUMMIT, MO- Bank of Belton leases space in Lakewood Place.

Bank of Belton new branch office will share space with First Trust ofMidAmerica, a wholly owned unit that provides trust and investmentmanagement services.

Lakewood Plaza was developed last year and contains approximately 18,000square feet. Nearly 12,000 square feet remains available. Sean O'Byrne,with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, is the leasing agent.
