In the first transaction, Prudential Securities has added an additional 5,450 sf to its existing operations, bringing its total space at 51 JFK Parkway to more than 24,000 sf. Ed DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Also expanding is Metropolitan West Financial Inc., whose total square footage is now more than 6,200 sf.
Finally, T. Rowe Price Investment Services has renewed its long-term lease for 2,781 sf. Peter Pattison of Peter Pattison Inc. represented the tenant.
