The nine-year-old, 184-unit Plantations at Killearn, located in the Killearn area north of Interstate 10 off Timberlane Road, brought the highest per unit price, $49,728 on a $9.15 million contract.

The 14-year-old, 222-unit St. Augustine Club, which fronts Old St. Augustine Road and Hilarman Park golf course in the Blairstone area, garnered $44,707 per unit on a $9.92 million sale.

And the 352-unit Woodlake at Killearn, built in 1986, was sold for $14.47 million or $41,122 per unit.

The Apartment Group of Florida, headed by Cole Whitaker and based in Orlando, brokered the transactions. Zell's companies own substantial assets in metro Orlando, including the 35-story, 650,000-sf Downtown SunTrust office tower.
