Four Tenants Sign Combined 89,000-SF Industrial Space Leases

AUSTIN-Colliers Oxford Commercial seals deals with four tenants for a total 89,000 sf of industrial space. One Tech Plaza at 2113 Wells Branch Parkway gets two new tenants in the leasing activity.

Exel Logistics is taking 51,000 sf of industrial space at Vista Business Park, located at 15855 Long Vista Drive, while Digital Motorworks Inc. has signed for 25,000 sf of industrial space at the Park 22 office complex at 8601 RM 2222.

One Tech Plaza at 2113 Wells Branch Parkway is getting two industrial space tenants: Metromedia Fiber Networks, which has inked an 8,000-sf pact, and Megladon Manufacturing, which has signed for 5,000 sf.
