Rome Group Changes Name to CRESA

WASHINGTON, DC-The boutique firm believes the national organization will bring it more business opportunities.

Rome, a tenant advisory firm founded in 1998, has clients such as the law firms Horgan & Hartson, Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe, and the television companies PBS and C-Span.

It is the latest real estate services company to merge with an outside firm. Earlier this month, HNTB Corp. of Kansas City, MO acquired the Columbia urban design and planning firm LDR International Inc. In September, Newmark & Co. Real Estate acquired a majority interest in Bank Cos.
