Newmark & Co.'s Seena Stein and Richard Madison arranged the transaction, worth $3.5 million, on behalf of building owner, the Archon Group, a majority-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Paul March of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, which will use the site as lab and flex space.
Emcore Corp. has six divisions that are involved in operations ranging from basic R&D on materials and production tools to the design and manufacture of discrete materials.
