The two-story, 27,000-sf structure will take in an existing showroom that is ticketed to be remodeled. The new facility will open in late spring 2001 and will complement its Nissan and Isuzu dealerships. In Ft. Collins, Tynan's holds Saab and Kia dealerships.
Rhoads Construction of Loveland, CO, is the general contractor; interior design is by Denver-based Martin Design; and Gensler Associates of San Francisco is the project architect.
