Columbia Sportswear Closes $13 Mil Purchase of New Headquarters

PORTLAND, OR-The 7.82-acre site in unincorporated Washington County includes three connected buildings containing a total of 188,500-sf of space. The locally-based clothing retailer plans to renovate and occupy the space within a year.

The property was acquired from ADC Telecommunications of Minneapolis. The company had its Access Products Division located on the site. Columbia, currently headquartered in North Portland, says it will be moving into the space by next fall, following an undisclosed amount of renovation work.
