LOS ANGELES-Private group acquires 145,289-sf shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga.

The retail complex is at 8998-9166 Foothill Blvd. Built in 1981, it is anchored by Orchard Supply Hardware store and includes several other retailers.

The Ontario office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Upland-based developer Lewis Homes. The same office represented the buyer, privately held Stras Co.
