Local Apartment Partnership Buys Complex in Fontana

SAN DIEGO-Local investors look outside the hot local market and buy a complex in an area with promising upside: the Inland Empire.

Maple Hill Fontana Associates bought the Maple Hills Apartments from Annmar Springs Limited Partnership of Los Angeles. The 15-building complex, at 18215 Foothill Blvd. in the San Bernardino County community, was fully leased at the time of sale.
