The massive mill structure, on a little more than four acres at 721 SW Industrial Way, is owned by Clearwater Beverage but is home to High Desert Beverage Distributors LLC. High Desert is having a 100,000-sf building erected in the North Brinson Business Park on the north side of the city, and hopes to move in next September or October, and Clearwater has decided to put it up for sale.
Eric Schultz of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, the listing broker, could not immediately be reached for comment Friday morning. Schultz told the Bend Bulletin daily newspaper that the building is not included on any kind of historical list, meaning the new owner could tear down the structure if so desired.
