Mesa Condos Bring $44,000 Per Unit

PHOENIX-A Mesa investor purchases condominium complex, but will not sell them.

Mesa-based Right Place Properties purchased the Desert Winds Condominiums, a 20-unit property at 2220 W. Dora. The condominiums will not be sold.

Mesa is the largest suburb in the Valley, withapproximately 500,000 residents.

The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap negotiated the transaction for both the buyer and seller.
