Turnils Lease Brings Park's Occupancy to 99%

ATLANTA-The manufacturer of Venetian blind parts is taking 77,550 sf for five years at the 708,836-sf Peachtree North industrial park. The estimated value of the transaction is $2.7 million.

Turnils, which manufactures slats and other parts for Venetian blind systems, will move its headquarters from Shawnee Ridge industrial park in the same general area.

McDonald Development, the park's owner, has developed five million sf over the last seven years and currently has more than 1.8 million sf under construction.
