Grubb & Ellis says that the group oversees 400 million-sf of client portfolios and has seen revenue growth double in the last year. Morris will also be in charge of the firm's global alliance with UK-based Knight Frank.
Morris was formerly managing director Corporate Services for Grubb & Ellis on the West Coast.
