TenantDirect is the creator of on-line management systems for commercial and multifamily owners and property managers. It was founded last year and has already opened offices in Georgia, Florida, Indiana and Washington and DC, in addition to its LA headquarters.
One of the companies participating in the latest round of financing is Beverly Hills-based Kennedy-Wilson Inc., the diversified real estate services firm that has invested in a number of other technology-related ventures. Another participant is Primedia Inc.'s HPC Publishing subsidiary, which produces apartment guides in 38 states and owns ApartmentGuide.com.
