With that deal secured, Raia signed on Van Houten and Paul Gavin of TCC to lease the company's 414 Alfred Ave. in Teaneck, and the duo promptly signed up Apex Foot Care for the entire 72,000-sf building. Apex is relocating to the facility, which was previously occupied by a call center operation, from South Hackensack. Because of its previous use, the facility offers T-1 and fiber-optic lines and other high-tech amenities.
