Benefits Counselor Seeks 150,000 SF for Expansion

ORLANDO-Hewitt Associates needs the space for its newly-formed online unit, Sageo. This unit's 110 employees, along with Hewitt's core 650 workers, are housed at the one-year-old, 360,000-sf service center at Central Florida Research Park.

The company is looking for 150,000 sf of quick space to house its growing, six-month-old online division, Sageo. This unit's 110 employees, along with Hewitt's core 650 workers, are housed at the one-year-old service center building at Central Florida Research park.

The company anticipates its Sageo unit growing to 400 within the next 12 months. Orlando area property owners are knocking on Sageo's doors with new-space proposals, but the company won't make a decision until January.
