The commercial brokerage firm, currently the third largest in metropolitan Phoenix, has agreed to lease 25,000 sf in Camelback Esplanade V, an office tower at the southeast corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road.

"Our expansion and relocation into the Esplanade V demonstrates our commitment to the Phoenix marketplace," says Craig S. Henig, executive director of Arizona operations for Insignia/ESG. Esplanade V, the fifth tower of a new office complex, is currently under construction by Opus West.

Insignia/ESG will add another 20 people to its Phoenix staff by the time the firm moves into its new headquarters, bringing total staff to 100 in the Valley and 150 statewide.

Insignia/ESG has 58 licensed commercial agents, according to the Business Journal's 2000 Book of Lists, making it the third largest in the Valley behind Grubb & Ellis (62) and CB Richard Ellis (78).
