The commercial brokerage firm, currently the third largest inmetropolitan Phoenix, has agreed to lease 25,000 sf in CamelbackEsplanade V, an office tower at the southeast corner of 24th Streetand Camelback Road.

"Our expansion and relocation into the Esplanade V demonstratesour commitment to the Phoenix marketplace," says Craig S. Henig,executive director of Arizona operations for Insignia/ESG.Esplanade V, the fifth tower of a new office complex, is currentlyunder construction by Opus West.

Insignia/ESG will add another 20 people to its Phoenix staff bythe time the firm moves into its new headquarters, bringing totalstaff to 100 in the Valley and 150 statewide.
