Newport Beach-based Venture Retail bought the property at the southwest corner of Frazee Road and Route 76 from Highpointe, a residential developer. The sale price was not disclosed.
Highpointe sold three residential properties to Kaufman & Broad Home Corp and a multifamily property to the Morgan Group last year.
"This is our last property sale in Rancho del Oro, but it does not end our involvement with the city of Oceanside," says Steve Vliss, president of Highpointe. "We are working on several other projects."
The Costa Mesa-based O'Donnell/Atkins Co. represented Highpointe in the retail deal.
