Rainbow Apparel Launches New Store, Signs 7,320-SF Lease at Huntington Village

HOUSTON-A New York-based children's and ladies' apparel retailer is expanding its Texas operations. Rainbow Apparel has signed 7,320-sf for a new store at Huntington Village.

Rainbow specializes in ladies' and children's apparel and shoes.The lessor on Bissonnet is CenterAmerica, a large private Houston-based REIT with a concentration in Texas but with additional assets in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana and New Mexico. Its portfolio includes 100-plus neighborhood shopping centers with about 12 million sf of leasable area.
