The buyer was Richard Bahadurian; the seller was unnamed. Just prior to the sale, Schultz arranged several leases, the largest being 6,939 sf by Broad Spider Networks. The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Phalanx Computing, NetSoft and Miramar Systems Integrators signed other leases.
In other transactions arranged by Schultz, Plan B Communications signed for 55,000 sf at 246 Industrial Way, Eatontown, NJ, a Townsend Cos. property; ISPSoft Inc. took 13,200 sf at 661 Shrewsbury Ave., Shrewsbury, NY, owned by New Jersey American Water Co.; and Nortel Networks (11,784 sf) and PenVision Information Systems (4,347 sf) took space at the Archon Group's 100 Metropark South in Laurence Harbor, NJ to name a few.
