Allstate Leases Space at Global Corporate Center

HOWELL TWP., NJ-Insurer takes more than 33,000 sf in Monmouth County Facility and will use the space as a claims processing center and sales office. The company will be relocating from nearby Brick Twp.

CEO Harvey Schultz and senior associate John Potter teamed up to conclude the transaction. Ed Docasta of CB Richard Ellis spoke for Allstate, which will relocate from its current facility in nearby Brick Twp.

The two-story, class A office facility is located at the intersection of Route 9 and New Friendship Rd. and features a red brick façade and marble and glass lobby. Currently, available spaces range from 2,000 sf to 16,000 sf.
