Lakewood Offices Sell For $18 Mil

LOS ANGELES-Group of private investors buys the 142,000-sf mixed-use facility, which serves as regional headquarters of AARP.

The complex, at 3200 E. Carson St., features 85,000 sf of office space. It includes another 57,000 sf of industrial space, which AARP uses as a mailing center.

The Orange County office of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer, Lakewood California Investors. The seller, MRES American Fund 88-II, was represented by both the Orange County and Downtown offices of Charles Dunn.
