Incubator Tenant Adding 40 New Jobs

ORLANDO-The 10-employee Computer Management USA firm is receiving a $200,000 infusion from a South African venture capitalist and will need more space shortly in the 1,000-sf offices at Genesis Technology Resources within Central Florida Research Park in east Orlando.

Computer Management's current 10-person staff operates from a 1,000-sf office in the Genesis Technology Resources incubator at Central Florida Research Park. The company hasn't disclosed how much new space it will need over the next 12 months but indicates the firm will be expanding to North Carolina and Boston in the near future.

The firm's strategy is to house a maximum 50 employees at any single site. Computer Management, also known as CM-USA, develops training software for a mix of business applications.
