North Carolina Gets 14th Jameson Inn

GOLDSBORO, NC-The newly opened three-story, 68-room hotel sits on 1.6 acres of land here, about 150 miles east of Downtown Charlotte. The owner is Atlanta-based Jameson Inns Inc. The estimated hard construction cost is $5 million.

Additional properties in North Carolina include Asheboro, Dunn, Eden, Forest City, Garner, Greenville, Hickory, Laurinburg, Lenoir, Roanoke Rapids, Sanford, Smithfield, and Wilson. Jameson Inns Inc. is a real estate investment trust that develops and owns the Jameson Inn and Signature Inn brands. The inns are colonial-style designed, limited service properties.
