The building, at 10249 Church Ranch Blvd., is near Sun's one million-sf office campus at the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield. Earlier this year, Sun had leased two buildings, totaling 266,000 sf, in Westminster's Westmoor Technology Park.

Sun expects to move into the Church Ranch building in March. The Denver-based Etkin Johnson Group is developing Church Ranch with Gregg Bradbury and Charlie McCay, the long-time owners of the land along the US 36 corridor between Boulder and Denver.
