The lease is the first space outside Manhattan for Rockefeller Center Business Centers, which will build out the space as executive offices and then sublet to small businesses and local outposts of larger businesses. Cushman & Wakefield will use its space as its new Silicon Valley brokerage office. Both said Thursday they are looking forward to an increased presence in Silicon Valley. If the set up works, Rockefeller Center Business Centers will likely follow RGDC into other markets in similar fashion.
