"Chicago has long been a focal point for warehousing and distribution operations," notes Tim Luby, who along with Carl Manofsky, heads HSA/READ. "And we were looking to find the right properties to complement our national portfolio. We're glad to have two facilities close to home." Currently, HSA and its principals have developed over 29 million sf of commercial real estate.
