Developer Builds Apartment Project in North County

SAN MARCOS, CA-Affirmed Housing Group is building a $3.5-million project with 48 units.

The $3.5-million apartment project is being built by Affirmed Housing Group. Grading for the project, which is scheduled for completion in September 2001, began in mid-September.

The project consists of three two-story residential buildings with 48 units. Davis Group Architecture & Planning is the architect, Structural Technology Consultants is the structural engineer on the project and Masson & Associates is the civil engineer.
