CHARLOTTE- The New York-based pension fund advisor and investment company paid Northwestern Mutual Life $32.89 per sf for the 456,000-sf, four-building Nations Ford Business Park here.

Circuit City, Impact Mailing and Fresenius Medical Care are among the park's tenants. Trammell Crow Co. represented RREEF. Tribek Properties negotiated for Northwestern.RREEF manages $12.4 billion in pension fund real estate investments for over 190 corporate, public and international clients. The firm has 112 property management offices nationwide and property acquisition offices in San Francisco, Chicago and New York.
