Neuhaus Investments Planning Second Structure for Fallbrook Crossing Professional Center

HOUSTON-Neuhaus Investment wants its tenants in hand before starting work on a 20,000-sf professional building near Cypress-Fairbanks Hospital. The professional building will be adjacent to the developer's 30,000-sf Fallbrook Crossing development.

The developer says a professional center represents the best fit for the area because of its proximity to the hospital. The Neuhaus family has owned the property 1928, when cattle grazed for much of the 1900s. Neuhaus Investment has operated in Houston since 1924, developing apartments, office buildings, single-family homes, shopping centers and warehouses.
